French mobile device maker Archos has unveiled Hello Connect, an application built on Tuya Smart’s IoT platform to manage compatible connected devices via the Helloand Mate smart displays unveiled earlier this year by the manufacturer. Chinese IoT specialist Tuya has developed a voice interactive platform compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, offering easy integration to control a large catalogue of smart devices, ranging from light bulbs to robot cleaners.

Following the forthcoming launch of the Hello and Mate smart displays, Archos plans to introduce a number of compatible connected objects by the end of the year, starting with a smart Wi-Fi bulb priced EUR 19.99 and marketed under its own brand.
