Orange Romania created an IoT communications network that uses the LTE-M technology dedicated to internet-connected objects. The network is already available in 3,137 localities in Romania, writes local paper Ziarul Financiar citing B2B director Florin Popa at Orange Romania. Popa was speaking at a special edition of the ZF Live broadcast from Microsoft Business Summit 2018. The company deployed the network after initially performing a number of tests on it at the beginning of 2017.
