Deutsche Telekom announced that its new Connected Things Hub platform has been selected by Braunschweiger Zufuehrtechnik, sorting and conveying/feeding machinery specialist. This will allow the company to automatically analyse sensor data from its production machines to support predictive maintenance.

The Connected Things Hub is offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. It can accessed through a web browser, and on both PCs and mobile devices. The cloud-based platform uses Microsoft Azure.
